Quick, filling and perfect with vegetables, salad or an alkaline sauce.

Ingredients
2people
- 500 gmushrooms
- 2 onions
- 100 gsprouted oats
- freshrosemary, thyme, parsley
- to tastespices
- a littleoil for frying
Method (tap a step when done)
- Clean the mushrooms and dice finely.
- Peel and chop the onions.
- Mix onions with mushrooms, sprouted oats, herbs and spices.
- Form small patties.
- Fry in a little oil until golden โ coconut or olive oil (oil guide).
