What is disc golf (frisbee golf)?

Give it a try – 6 holes, par 3

Disc golf – often also called frisbee golf – works much like classic golf. Instead of a ball you throw a flying disc. The aim is to land the disc in a metal basket with as few throws as possible.

You start from a fixed tee and always continue from where your disc landed. As soon as it is in the basket, the hole is done. You can learn disc golf in a few minutes, and it is suitable for almost every age. You need no previous knowledge or special fitness.

Six disc golf baskets for everyone

Our six baskets are spread across the spacious garden. Meadows, trees and small natural obstacles make every hole different and provide varied throws. The course is ideal for:

Fasting courses such as Buchinger fasting or Alkaline fasting combine wonderfully with a round – just like a walk, a visit to our Beer garden or a break in the Wellness area.

Feel beats strength

In disc golf, feel, concentration and the right technique matter more than strength. That is why beginners can easily play together with experienced players.

At the same time you move in the fresh air and discover the Zollhaus garden from a whole new perspective. Disc golf is the perfect complement to Hiking in the Ore Mountains, Bike tours, Yoga, Sauna, a dip in our own bathing lake or a stroll through our Sculpture park.

How to play
  • Using the six disc golf baskets is free of charge.
  • As a rule, you do not need a fixed start time or registration.
  • Feel free to bring your own disc golf discs or frisbees – or ask at reception about the current options for borrowing.
  • Please be considerate of other guests and make sure before every throw that nobody is standing in your line of throw.
