When do I receive the voucher?
Right after payment, by email as a PDF. Print it straight away or forward it digitally.
Can I buy a voucher at reception?
No, vouchers are only available in our online shop. No printer? No problem – just forward the PDF.
Are there vouchers without an overnight stay?
Yes – for example the sauna day pass, the yoga or sound bath voucher, the restaurant voucher or a spa & massage voucher of any amount.
How is the voucher redeemed?
Book the stay by phone or email, quote the voucher number and bring the voucher on arrival.
Which arrival days are possible?
For packages, the arrival days are listed with the voucher. Gift cards can be redeemed on any day, subject to availability.
How long is a voucher valid?
One year from purchase. On request we extend it – up to three years in total.
How can I pay?
Online in the voucher shop by credit card or PayPal. Remaining balances are not paid out in cash.
