At Landhotel Altes Zollhaus, alkaline fasting at the hotel starts at €650 per person – for 5 nights in a double room with alkaline full board, guidance from trained basenfasten coaches and daily access to the spa area. That’s around €130 per night, all inclusive.
What you pay in the end depends on three things: whether you join a group with fixed dates or arrive flexibly, how long you stay and whether you have the room to yourself. If you are insured with BKK ProVita, you also get €80 to €200 back.

With the German health insurer BKK ProVita: yes. Through its nutrition bonus programme, it reimburses insured members between €80 and €200 per person for actively taking part in a basenfasten week according to Wacker® – depending on the bonus level.
The best part: you need no application and no medical certificate. At the end of the year, simply submit the invoice together with your nutrition bonus pass. For the exact conditions, please contact BKK ProVita directly.
If you’re insured elsewhere, it’s best to ask your health insurer whether it offers bonus or prevention programmes for a fasting week.

Booked flexibly, 5 days cost from €800, 7 days from €1,045 and 10 days from €1,400. Accommodation, alkaline full board and the fasting programme are always included.
The price includes your nights, alkaline full board with three meals a day, water and herbal tea, three consultations with our basenfasten coaches, a starter kit with diary, alkaline foot baths, liver compresses and daily access to the spa area with saunas. Depending on the offer, yoga, massages and a guided hike are added.
The German health insurer BKK ProVita reimburses insured members €80 to €200, depending on the bonus level, for actively taking part in a basenfasten week according to Wacker® through its nutrition bonus programme. The longer you stay, the cheaper each night: 5 flexible days cost around €160 per night, 7 days around €149 and 10 days €140. The best value is the Basenfasten Spezial group at around €130 per night.
The flexible 5, 7 or 10-day offers can be booked all year, subject to availability – arrival is on Sundays or Wednesdays. Basenfasten Spezial and alkaline fasting & yoga take place on fixed dates in a group.
