Aerial yoga combines classic yoga with acrobatics in a strong stretchy hammock fixed to the ceiling. It relieves joints, stretches the spine and strengthens muscles – more in aerial yoga explained.
Daniela Weißenborn is an experienced, passionate aerial yoga teacher. She blends traditional yoga with acrobatic figures and creative flows and, with her empathetic manner, helps you build trust and gently expand your limits – open to all ages and fitness levels.
