Yoga, mindfulness and resilience with the FeetUp® Trainer – 5 to 7 November 2027 in the Ore Mountains.

This seminar combines the versatile possibilities of the FeetUp® Trainer with yoga, mindfulness, meditation and therapeutic input to build stress competence, resilience and self-regulation.
In gentle and powerful sequences, you’ll experience how inversions engage body and mind in new ways. At the same time, you’ll gain clear insights into how the nervous system, balance, coordination and body awareness are connected.
The focus is not on the perfect pose, but on consciously experiencing, understanding and applying it in everyday life – complemented by meditation, relaxation and mindful reflection.

Inversions engage body and mind in a whole new way. Try it and turn the world upside down.
