After studying to be a teacher, I worked in event management for almost three decades – a fulfilling time, but one that also took me to my limits. Over 13 years ago I discovered fasting as a counterbalance: as inner cleansing, a source of new energy and a path to greater mindfulness.
Today I professionally accompany people on their fasting journey – as a certified nutritionist (ILS) and mindfulness trainer. It's important to me that fasting is understood not as deprivation but as a holistic experience. If you wish, I'll continue to support you after the fasting period too.
