The combination of heat and moisture stimulates blood circulation and cleanses the skin and airways thoroughly and gently. Although the temperature is only a mild 60 degrees, the high humidity ensures an intense feeling of warmth. This is comparable to our Finnish sauna.

Dive in and join us on a "trip to the sea". Everyone knows the positive properties of salty sea air. This is also the case with Indus salt, which comes from the salt mountains between the Indus and Himalayas and has a purity of 97%.

The quick succession of hot and cold when enjoying a sauna has many positive effects on our well-being, as regular sauna bathing relaxes, detoxifies and ensures physical, mental and spiritual well-being in equal measure.

The combination of infrared heat radiation and hay bath is a very special experience for the senses. The hay comes directly from the farm. Even at 30° you will start to sweat after a while.

Sauna sessions allow our guests to restore their inner balance after an eventful day. To achieve the desired relaxation effect, fresh air and cooling off with cold water after sweating is a good recommendation.

We have expanded, now you can go outside directly after the sauna, where you will find loungers and a nice big shower. We have fenced off the area with large tree trunks so that you can lie down undisturbed and even enjoy the sun when the weather is fine. In winter, you can go out into the snow and bathe in the snow, depending on the depth of the snow.

Now there is a new highlight on the way to the lake. The hot tub has been given an exclusive spot in the middle between the sauna, which is around 100 metres away, and the bathing lake, which is 120 metres away and offers a wonderful view of the forest.
