And so that you don't just keep on training, doing more and more and perhaps even injuring yourself in the process or losing interest after a short time because it becomes far too strenuous... it would be great if there was a short training camp in a small group of like-minded people with a running coach who would give you tips and tricks and train with you for 5 days and explain what else is important, so that afterwards you can just keep on training - as you learnt during the week - until you have reached your personal goal.
