The new romantic rooms

We have created a total of 9 romantic rooms and 2 family rooms which we have remodelled with old wood.

Our new, romantic room in the Zollhaus was created by Italian carpenters from Sicily. They have conjured up a unique wooden design using reclaimed wood from Austria.
The room conveys a feeling of cosiness and comfort that you don't often find. The interior designer Mrs Benita Seide came up with the design.
She has designed the room in a traditional country house style and modernised it in a pleasant way. You can also see some handmade details that make the room unique. When we went into the development of our hotel, we wanted to create a unique atmosphere that was both relaxing and refreshing, while also creating a connection to the outdoors. We opted for a reclaimed wood floor as it exudes a unique and rustic elegance that cannot be achieved by an imitation wood laminate floor. When you walk across the floor, you can feel the natural unevenness and the warm, distinctive look, which immediately contributes to a calming atmosphere. Reclaimed wood is not only visually appealing but also very robust, making it the ideal choice for hotel room flooring. It is able to absorb a lot of foot traffic and luggage without losing its natural charm.

But where does the waste wood come from?

Reclaimed wood is a popular material in the home. It brings a certain amount of warmth and a sense of authenticity to a room. But where does reclaimed wood come from?
