Alkaline potato pizza - indulgence without remorse 🍕✨
This delicious, alkaline pizza doesn't need any conventional dough! Instead, grated potatoes form the basis for a crispy and healthy alternative. Perfect for anyone who follows an alkaline diet or simply wants to try something new.
Ingredients:
For the floor:
2 small raw potatoes
3 boiled potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
For the coating:
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 red pepper
1 small courgette
½ Aubergine
1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation:
Prepare the potato dough
Finely grate the raw and cooked potatoes.
Mix the mixture well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry in a pan without oil until golden brown on both sides, creating a firm "pizza base".
Prepare the vegetables
Cut the pepper, courgette and aubergine into thin slices.
Finely chop the rosemary.
Lightly fry the vegetables with rosemary in a pan.
Assemble & bake a pizza
Spread the tomato sauce on the potato base.
Spread the sautéed vegetables on top.
Bake the pizza in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 180°C (fan oven).
