Was erwartet dich?

In diesem 4-stündigen Workshop wirst du unter Anleitung eines erfahrenen Wim-Hof-Trainers die wesentlichen Elemente der Methode kennenlernen und praktisch anwenden:

  • Atemtechniken: Lerne die kraftvolle Atemtechnik, die deine Sauerstoffaufnahme erhöht, den Stressabbau unterstützt und deine Energielevel anhebt.

  • Kälteexposition: Erfahre, wie du durch kontrollierte Kälteanwendungen wie Eisbad oder kalte Dusche deine Willenskraft stärkst, dein Immunsystem aktivierst und mentale Klarheit förderst.

  • Mentale Stärke & Fokus: Erhalte Werkzeuge zur Stressbewältigung und entwickle die mentale Stärke, um tägliche Herausforderungen zu meistern und über deine eigenen Grenzen hinauszugehen.

Procedure:

  • 14:00 – 14:30 Uhr: Begrüßung und Einführung in die Wim-Hof-Methode 
    Dann kommen diese Themen:
    -Praxis der Atemtechnik und tiefe Atemsessions
    -Vorbereitung und mentale Einstimmung auf die Kälteexposition
    -Eisbad-Erfahrung – praktische Anwendung und mentale Stärkung
    -Nachbesprechung und Meditation zur Integration der Erfahrung
  • 17:30 – 18:00 Uhr: Offene Runde für Fragen und Austausch und Ende der Veranstaltung

Dieser Workshop ist sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene geeignet. Egal, ob du die Wim-Hof-Methode zum ersten Mal erlebst oder deine Praxis vertiefen möchtest – du wirst wertvolle Erkenntnisse und praktische Übungen mitnehmen.

The Wim Hof method is not suitable for pregnancy, heart problems and epilepsy.

The Wim Hof breathing technique leads to a wonderfully deep state of relaxation and at the same time activates the body's self-healing powers. It has been proven to lower inflammation markers in the blood, reduce the sensation of pain and ensure a strong immune system.

Ansonsten verraten wir nicht viel. Wir sind spontan und machen das Programm, „go with flow“ so wie es auch Wim machen würde.
