Dear friends of Irish rock music,
Fun and passion for music - that's what drives us! And because we don't take it all that seriously, we have a bird. No, not just in our heads, but also in our logo: the GREENPECKERS. The name fits like a glove because, like woodpeckers, we are always loud, always out in front - and not just on stage.
Our journey began in 2009, inspired by the magic of the Emerald Isle, its unique culture and of course the music: energetic jigs, rousing reels and songs that go straight to the heart. But we wouldn't be us if we limited ourselves to Ireland alone. Our repertoire is colourful and varied - just like us!
Our music knows no age limits and brings pure joy - for us on stage and for you in front of it. So, let's rock, dance and celebrate the Irish lust for life together!
