Immerse yourself in a powerful and profound week full of movement, breath and inner transformation. This retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to experience yoga beyond the mat and harmonise body, mind and soul.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or simply curious about a holistic body workout with a conscious focus - you can expect a varied and transformative programme in an inspiring environment.

 

Arrival & Start - Sunday

We start our retreat on Sunday at 5 pm with a joint round of introductions. Here you will get to know the other participants and get an overview of the programme for the coming days. A gentle introduction to an intensive and nourishing week.


Monday - The core is calling

In the morning (8-9 a.m.):
We start the day with pranayama (breathing techniques) and energy exercises to activate our life energy (prana) and balance body and mind.

At lunchtime (12-13 h):
Gentle mobility exercises for all joints prepare us specifically for the asanas in the afternoon. The focus is on flexibility, mobility and awareness.

Afternoons (3-6 pm):
Athleticyoga with a focus on core
We work intensively on our core - abdomen, back, pelvic floor and bottom. You will learn different sun salutation variations that specifically target your core muscles.
You can expect a balanced mix of strengthening and stretching, activity and letting go. Postures and balance exercises round off the practice.
Each session begins with relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation - and ends with deep regeneration.


 

Tuesday - Hip & Emotion

In the morning (8-9 a.m.):
Cleansing breathing and energy exercises support you in clearing your body and mind. We work on cleansing the lungs, skin and intestines.

At lunchtime (12-13 h):
Mobility for joints and muscles with a focus on hip mobilisation.

Afternoons (3-6 pm):
Athletic yoga with a focus on the hips
The hips are the emotional centre of our body. In this session, we strengthen and stretch the hip muscles, legs and pelvic floor.
We release stuck emotions - fear, anger, shame - through movement, breathing and mindful awareness.
Der Psoas, der „Muskel der Seele“, steht dabei besonders im Mittelpunkt.
This class gives you lightness, grounding and a new connection to your inner strength.


Wednesday - Shoulders free & world upside down

In the morning (8-9 a.m.):
Gentle breathing and energy exercises to start the day.

At lunchtime (12-13 h):
Targeted mobilisation for shoulders, neck and arms - the focus is on the upper back area.

Afternoons (3-6 pm):
Athletic yoga with a focus on shoulders, neck, arms & hands
We release the tension that settles in the jaw and shoulders in everyday life.
We then playfully try out inversion poses: handstand, headstand, scorpion - everything is possible, nothing is a must.
This practice gives you new perspectives - both physically and mentally.


 

Thursday - Run, breathe, flow

In the morning (8-9 a.m.):
Pranayama and energy exercises will get you in the mood for a lively day.

At lunchtime (12-13 h):
Depending on the weather, we head out into the forest to Imoto Jogging - a special kind of mindful running. Through a combination of breathing techniques, mudra and pacing at your own rhythm, you immerse yourself in meditative movement.

Afternoons (3-6 pm):
Athleticyoga with a focus on feet, legs & balance
We strengthen and stabilise the lower body regions and work on our stability - both physically and emotionally.
Balance exercises give you inner peace and more awareness of your foundation.


Friday - Farewell in solidarity

In the morning (8-9 a.m.):
Finally, we meet one last time for a joint breathing and movement session.
A moment of gratitude, of pausing - and a conscious transition back into your everyday life, strengthened and with new clarity.

Vita of Elke Lerchner:

In her work, Elke Lerchner combines sound medical knowledge with holistic body and breathing work. As a registered nurse and qualified fitness specialist, she has decades of experience in the health sector.

Her path led her to an intensive exploration of yoga in all its facets: Today she is a trained yoga teacher, yoga therapist and breathing therapist - with a deep understanding of the effect of movement, breathing and stillness on the body and psyche.

Her profile is complemented by her qualification as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy. The result is a mindful, sensitive and at the same time powerful yoga practice that focuses on the person as a whole.

Elke teaches with clarity, heart and humour - and creates a space in her classes where transformation can happen.
