Travelling by car
Coming from the east: via Erfurt, Gera, Chemnitz A4 exit Siebenlehn onto the 101 to Freiberg direction Weißenborn direction Frauenstein, direction Rehefeld in Hermsdorf, drive through direction Neuhermsdorf from Berlin Dresden A17, exit Dresden-Südvorstadt. Take the B 170 towards Zinnwald / Altenberg in Altenberg towards Rehefeld, then towards Neuhermsdorf.
From the north on the A 4 motorway, take the Dresden-West exit onto the A 17, then the Dresden Südvorstadt exit onto the B 170 to Possendorf in the direction of Altenberg. In Altenberg drive in the direction of Rehefeld, Neuhermsdorf.
From the west: A 4 motorway exit Siebenlehn - B101 towards Freiberg - from Freiberg follow the signs towards Frauenstein - Hermsdorf - Neuhermsdorf.
From the south: Coming from Prague via the E 55, you will reach the Zinnwald border crossing. Follow the signs via Altenberg and Rehefeld and you will reach Neuhermsdorf after approx. 14 km.
Travelling by train and public transport
Take the S-Bahn S1 or S2 to Heidenau and continue with the regional railway line 72 to the spa town of Altenberg (Erzgebirge). From Dresden main station, take bus line 360 to Altenberg station or the Wintersport Express (RE 19). However, this only runs on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
