The path through the forest is lit up by the friendly faces of the walking and singing hotel family. We were very lucky to be graced with snowfall and snow-covered trees on our hike. And when we finally arrived back at the hotel, we were ready to plunge into the ice bath. Our goal was to take on the challenges of the environment, no matter how much we shivered and how much snow fell on us. And when we finally arrived at the ice lake, we all agreed that it was an unforgettable experience. It was an experience that made us strong and full of energy. At the end of the day, we felt warmed up and connected. The Zollhaus also organises regular workshops on the Wim Hof method, which help us to increase our own resilience.
