Here you will get to know the other participants and get an overview of the programme for the coming days. As a registered nurse and qualified fitness specialist, she has decades of experience in the health sector.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"705\">Her path led her to an intensive exploration of yoga in all its facets: Today she is a trained yoga teacher, yoga therapist and breathing therapist - with a deep understanding of the effect of movement, breathing and stillness on the body and psyche.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"928\">Her profile is complemented by her qualification as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy.
